We have read your response from the technical support team. Since this
(WM6.5) upgrade is not available for Touch Pro, we are unable to provide
the new software version. The Windows Mobile 6.5 update is only
available for Touch Pro 2.

I understand how important it is to have the latest updates for your
device. However, it is unlikely that there will be an update to Windows
Mobile 6.5 for the Touch Pro, as it was not on the list of devices
Microsoft released that would be available to update to Windows Mobile
6.5. There are not updates to Windows Mobile 6.5 for any version of the
Touch Diamond or Touch Pro for these very reasons. There has also been
no announcement made by HTC that would indicate an update of the
operating system, either. The updates that would be available for the
Sprint Touch Pro would be found at e on
www.htc.com. I apologize for any
inconvenience you may have experienced.
