Actually, it's 192.8 out of 512, and 183.18 out of 288

Go to Start-Settings-System-DeviceInformation, Hardware tab and you can see how the 288 RAM and 512 ROM are allocated.

The issue you have is not so much the 192 - it's the 173.91 used!!

When you say contacts, is it just contacts or other files? Something very wrong with 173!

If you can, do a hard reset, nothing else, and post those numbers.

By comparison, I'm running a 6.5.5 Calk build, and my Storage numbers after a hard reset are:

279.96 Total
33.01 In Use
246.95 Free

And when I restore 500 contacts, the 33.01 goes to 38.66.
