Unfortunately, the only way I've found to make RTG tracks work after flashing a rom or moving a uSD card to another phone is to delete all the RTG tracks and then resync the files with Windows Media Player - I gave up on Rhapsody's buggy transfering a long time ago.

AFAIK. This is to stop trading music on removable media. A flashed phone is a new phone (with probably a new GUID hidding somewhere in the registry). It's just a PITA when you have a mix of RTG tracks and your own tracks. With my 16GB uSD card, it takes about 1 hour to resync ~9GB of music.
