ok so the sprint people who set my phone up were idiots and put my phone number in the phone wrong... *sigh* so nvm on my problem...
as for installing... just unzip the file and move the cab file onto your phone(click explore on active sync), like in my documents, and then go to file explorer on your phone and open it.
