Issue I found with the 19th and 20th Cookie 23547/23549:
Outlook would periodically get hung up checking my gmail account and regardless of the connection being present, continue to try.
This killed my battery in less than 2 hours. Even canceling the send and receive would not stop it.
May be something I did, but my email config is pretty simple.
BTW: I am back on the 17th build.
