Uninstall Arcsoft (if installed), soft reset, make sure outlook or messaging is turned off through task manager, install this version of Arcsoft, soft reset, set retrival mode to auto.

Q: I installed a cab and the shortcut is in the wrong place...
A: In the bottom of post 3, under lastly, is a link to a thread that will help you. However, if you want the quick and easy, navigate to My Device>Windows>Start Menu>Programs In that folder you should see your shortcuts which you can cut and paste into the correct folders.

2) Search Thread (screenshot here). This tools allows you to search ONLY this thread. Useful when looking for a post you know was made in a specific thread.
3) Search Forum (screenshot here). This tool allows you to search an specific forum. Useful when wanting to only look in the TP2 forums for a post when you know there is a lot of similar posts in the Vouge forum.
4) Finding a Q quickly on this page. Type Ctrl+F and start typing in words that would be related.
