Well I just got it to work but not by making a tweak. I actually just approached the composition of the message differently. Normally, I would go to my pictures and select the picture I wanted to send and click the options to send it from there. This was not working unless I was willing to soft reset every time...... then I decided to compose the message first, click the menu softkey, click insert, click picture, and then I selected which picture I wanted to send. This appears to work normally. I think there is a glitch in the way the photo app hands off to the MMS app. Once you click send the photo app supercedes the MMS app and the message gets saved in drafts instead of being sent out. Anyway, it appears to be working this way for now. Hopefully this will help you too and be fixed in later versions.

Wow, can't believe I didn't try this before, thanks man! I can live using mms this way if it's the only way we can get it to work. I'm gonna mess around with some reg settings and see what I can come up with now that I know its not a network setting related issue.
