OK can someone answer a quick question for me?

I can't get MMS working on my VZW phone. I set provisioning to VZW and I installed NRGZZ messaging client cause I like the HTC Messager. Could that be the problem? Am I conflicting with something? I also set the MMS Server to VZW and it says its unable to download MMS from the server. What should I do?
