I have to say, I don't know if you are restoring any back up files ucfbeta92, I downloaded my own mirror 0_o flashed to it. opened the opera browser with no issues =\ I guess this ROM wasn't meant for you
try flashing to the one you are currently downloading from HTC and see if that works best for you.
