Yea....but you got to remember all their info comes from a Sprint Rep Forums....I know this because i helped fix a few things on the Touch and the Rep posted it. Like how to fix the Live Search, no one could find out how in Sprint until I called in and told them what they can do. Lol, I know that all the PPC Geeks could have done that tho
