Here is one(Upvise v2.7.5)
And another one(MDict)this one can search different languages wiki

All freeware also with MDict you can use wiki without internet connection(need to download database(about 500-1gb). Similar to this app, or if you dont mind paying - This one installs on your SD card(about 4gb)
