I would recommend downloading the cube config found here

I would then create a folder in your storage card that says "icons"
Unzip the ifade into the icons folder.
Open up the cube config.
it should show you page one and pick the icon in the box you want to change. cube config will take you to the screen give you option to change icons. heres a video on a how to

just locate the storage card/icons/ifade/icons.brn and save, do this to each icon and match them up with the side1, side2, side3 that are on the first post cause i think the animation will match with that.
then soft reset its time consuming but well worth the time.
hope that helps thats just a quick run down of the process you'll figure it out thats what i had to do.
now some one help me figure out how to change the animation to the ifade and not the icube please.
