personally I thought it was funny in an all to familiar sad way the lack of information given or available to the CS of ANY provider has to utilize as a tool to communicate with some degree of reliability with the customers themselves when they call
you would think the providers would understand that the CS are the front line of communication and that having people in that spot with good information for a change would greatly reduce the need for a "retentions" department
