I am finding that people are trying to exchange their Hero for the Moment because they are hating on the on screen keyboard. Truth is...nobody showed them how to caibrate the kb.

press menu-settings-locale & text- touch input- text input-calibration...it will ask you to type a sentence about a fox or something and there you go.

another way:

pull up the kb and click the gear/setting icon- text input-calibration
