You don't really need QPST to do this, but I will give you some quick pointers anyway.
What you need: - QPST - search google (you won't find it here)
- Modem Drivers for our phone (you will need to search)
- Your MSL code (see above)
- Install QPST and the drivers.
- Plug your phone in.
- Put it in Diag Mode using the Shortcut created from DMRouter in the tools folder.
- Launch Service Provisioning.
- Read from the phone.
- Enter MSL.
