How sensetive are the "fingers" for the battery on the phone? They all have some "give" to them but the two in the middle look sliiiiightly more pushed in than the others.
The contacts on the battery itself look ok... not real cruddy or anything. Not sure how I'd clean if I had to.
Also the battery was at full charge when I pulled it in the first place.
Tried most all of the reset options above & nothing. Not even on hard reset. (Not worried about losing data becasue it was a new phone anyway.)
When it's plugged in to charger even for 1.5 hours, it still has the red light. This makes me think that the battery's not connected fully... sound right?
URGH!
