There won't be a folder called "root" dude.

"...the root directory is the first or top-most directory in a hierarchy. It can be likened to the root of a tree - the starting point where all branches originate."

No, it won't replace/remove windows mobile. Just reboot your phone to get back to Winmo. You appear to be running a custom rom, so I take it you can handle a soft reset.
