I HARD RESET... AND THE SAME ISSUE... BUT AFTER LIKE 100 LOOPS IT STARTED UP :\ MAD WEIRD. ROM IS MOVING WELL!
Have not had any issues with Cookie home here.
Will be testing some more stuff soon.
