- As a long-time Sprint customer, your experience does not surprise me in the slightest; in fact it's what I would have expected. The average CSR has access only to what is in the system that they use. And Sprint's systems are not well integrated. The billing system your CSR used would not have the kind of info you are looking for in it and wouldn't be integrated to a system that does. The first-line CSR you talked to isn't the problem.
