Im glad this one has taken off like it has!
as far as the start menu, im pretty sure that the cab in the first post will work for VGA as well. install and try it out, worst case you just uninstall it.

And again, thanks to everyone who has contributed here, theres a TON of awesome app/cabs in here. I check it every day!!
