No precise explanation...number of users using supplied charger experiencing same issues...that being said the after market charger is alleged to be the culprit...not factually the proven issue. Be careful to read, not just skim articles and then regurgetate semi-inaccurate information.

When I use a battery charger as a charger on my phone the screen starts going crazy. I can't long press any keys on the SW KB, I can't press certain numbers, and I have trouble getting certain taps to register. It actually does cause my phone problems, so I do know that it happens.
