Most of us noobs are really trying not to be noobs for long. Thanks for your patience.
Smiznith is right on. I had the same problem after cooking in my own animation, just make sure you cook both HTC Animations, and either Bios, or HTC for your selected animation. Without HTC Animations the animation will not load, possibly causing a white flash.
