is there a way to take the free apps from marketplace (like weatherbug) and cook them into my kitchen?

like, is there a way to pull the program from the phone (since there isn't a cab download), transfer it to your computer, convert it to a cab, then you can make it an oem file to put in the kitchen?

would be nice not to have to reload those every rom flash.
