The packages in that link are already sorted, so it's a little easier. There is maybe a little bit of speed increase compared to 28011, and best of all, threaded e-mail messaging is in all the newer COM5 builds.
It's actually pretty straightforward: in the ROM folder, copy and paste your old build [28011, w/e] and rename it to 23547. Delete everything in the RZ\ROM\23547\XIP\MSXIPKernel directory, then uncompress SYS_23547_XIP.rar into there.
Next, uncompress both SYS_23547_192DPI_0409.rar and SYS_23547_Common.rar into a new RZ\SYS\23547 directory.
That's about it! One additional thing you might want to do is to run "RZ\SYS\RecModCommon.bat 23547", but you might not have to.
Run the kitchen, and you should be able to use the new build
