NO! Don't delete everything Android. There is only one file that you must delete in order to recalibrate the touch settings in Androids startup. The file is called ts_calibration.

In order to find the file you must first:

1: Open your Storage Card on your computer.
2: Go to Folder Settings and change viewing System Protected Files and Hidden Files to Allow.
3: Find the file named: ts_calibration and delete it. Then start Android again, and read the instructions on how to calibrate correctly.
