Hey buddy I found the answer to this on xda-developers through a google search. Here's the link ---->
http://forum.xda-developers.com/arch.../t-336262.html You also have to change hklm/software/arcsoft/arcsoft mms ua/config/mm1/6654 and change the value for senddefault to whatever was set for sendlimit. It sent with no issues, thanks ALOT for your time Goddbody!
