well, make sure ur sd card is formatted to FAT32, once u've done that, download cmonex's unlocker instead. to unlock via sd, find the ruu_signed_.nbh file, rename it to PANTIMG.nbh, and paste it to the root of ur sd card. now if the card was already formatted to FAT32, delete all the other images from the root of ur sd card. and only paste the newly renamed .nbh to the root of ur sd card. to unlock via usb, sync ur fone to a pc using activsync or wmdc. run the unlocker application. now, i've noticed that unpluginng the fone when u cee the tri-color screen and then replugging ur fone completes this process(shudnt have to do this when flashing roms, ONLY when unlocking the device) once everything is done go back into bootloader, it shud say .36.cmonex now.
