Thanks for the tips. I already had checked DST settings and time zones, everything was great there. I'm doing a hard-reset anyways tomorrow, so I'll see if everything syncs back properly from Exchange.

I'll let you know how it goes.

@Microsoft - I'm fairly certain Christmas is not on 12/24, but thanks for trying.
