I don't think this has anything to do with anything you have mentioned. It is most likely a failure of the e-natives position fix to reload when sense reloads. Hang for a bit and I'll see what I can do.

Oh, just try unchecking a manila tab in the manila settings which will restart Sense and report back if the problem goes away. Then you can re check the tab.
Edit: Just tested your exact scenario and Sense was just fine for me. No tabs overwritten. Nothing out of whack. ???
