First thing, go to
www.7-zip.org, download and install. open it up, add the downloaded file and extract it (make sure you know where the extracted files are sent). connect your phone to your PC, when its connected via active sync, open your extracted file location and click on "ROMUpdateUtility.exe" Follow the prompts. Don't just click, actually read the instructions, when you understand them click next. Takes 5 mins.
