Place a call then put it on hold, hit the send button then wait for the person to answer. Afterwards, when you access the menu, you will see the option for conference. The join feature is actually a feature of GSM WM phones. Unfortunately, CDMA does'nt support that feature at this time. That's actually a major feature I missed leaving T-Mobile. You could be on an existing call & someone calls on the other line & you could just press menu-join & link both the conversations.
