You can send pics to phones, emails, etc.

As for TV...MobiTV offers a pay service ($9.99/month) that's pretty decent. Also there are numerous other choicees for tv (both free and for pay).

Go to the software section of this site and you'll see some options. You can also run a search on this site for anything you need.
