Android+Snapdragon+4.3" display+WiMax all sounds good on paper, but considering it may not get released until Q3 or Q4 of this year, with the exception of WiMax, that is all last year's technology.

Of course no one is 100% certain which proc it's running on -- could be a Tegra 2, fingers crossed. But a 4.3" screen that's non-AMOLED? Couple that with WiMax and the battery won't last 3 hours even with low usage. Why are all of these companies making so much headway with all other aspects of the industry and no one has bothered to advance the art of the battery one bit?

I was really hoping Sprint might pick up the HTC Bravo/Incredible this Spring and then the Supersonic later on. Maybe they will, maybe not. But unless the Supersonic comes with some revolutionary battery, or an AMOLED screen, or a Tegra 2 proc which consumes 50% less power, the Supersonic won't be worth the wait.
VERY GOOD POINT
My contract is over with sprint and I was really hoping they would get a nice android device btwn now and the supersonic but then I thought about batt life and the fact that sprint will probably charge more for wimax (why wouldnt they?) and I began too look around at other carriers then I learned about the htc desire and i was crazy about it... instead of getting the desire they got the legend (hero 2) im not impressed by it at all. (screen is too small and who wants a 600mhz cpu now a days?) I hope the supersonic comes out soon w/ at least avg batt life and no extra charge for wimax otherwise I may go to t-mble to get HSPA+ and the nexus one or AT&T to get the HTC Desire.
