One thing I did notice that was missing that might not have been intentional is the HTC power settings enhancement. Both settings>system>power and manila settings page>Sound & Display>Backlight go to the old winmo power settings ui.

Only other quirky thing that I noticed was that both Resco and the stock file explorer take a long time to display the contents of the windows folder. This is weird because browsing through anything else is faster than I have seen it on any other rom. So fast that I have to be careful not to leave my finger on the screen to long.

I guess being partial to the HTC green puts me in the minority lol.

Oops. Forgot to say THANKS!
I left of manila power and stuff on purpose. I believe the less you have in the rom, the faster it will be.

its a lot of tweaks, it would be best to just get a new one (easier on you)

Edit: On a side note...I don't usually use lock screen or S2U, so I'm not sure this is something common.
I have not experienced this, my phone automatically locks after 20 mins and the dialer always shows. I will look into it though.

Also noticed that with the txt screen after having the keyboard out and then closing it will not flip back to portrait mode.

I am running baseline 1.
I know how to fix that, will be sure to do that.

Yes, until yesterday I was using the bad oemdrivers, the one with USC's trackable internet sharing. I replaced it with the one by microsoft so the "cloaked" tethering shoudl work again.

Is titanium eligible for all the tweaks and custom goodies of manila? Is Titanium easy to mess with and where would you recommend we (me) start looking to learn about it.. thanks in advance and hope you dont mind my asking this stuff..
titanium is faster, lighter, much more efficient in my opinion. It does not accept tweaks as easily as manila as everyone's installation is different. I have a sticky in the titanium tweaks section:

it does, except for a few things: battery status, charging, audio, bluetooth, sound. I made a quick 30mb nbh to boot android, loads from power button to android desktop in 1:46.
