and Thanks jas0n, i'm still looking into the gmaps thing, i have installed gmaps as a cab install without it cooked in as well and that didn't seem to help either. So I am back down to the lower levels looking at why gmaps can't pull in agps without turning on wifi, and coincidentally, the wifi trick doesn't work for sprint (at least for me). I know everyone doesn't want to activate the real gps in gmaps, but on a side note, please realize agps is not as accurate in gmaps as using gps.
