Sorry dude but he's not being a douche-bag, it sounds like you shouldn't be using an advanced phone like Windows Mobile if you can't figure out these simple steps. Please just search the forums and reference Google, many many people have asked these questions before you.
How old are you if you immediately start calling someone names when all that person is doing is saying the truth?
