When I connect my Touch to my PC, it uses the internet connection my PC is using (Wifi)

I would like the Touch to use EVDO while connected to my PC and running Activesync.

I am not trying to tether.

Here is what I am trying to do.

I use MyMobiler so that I can view my phones screen on my work PC.

I have Slingbox Mobile installed.
When using the work internet the connection is blocked due to the firewall.

I would like to have the phone connected to the PC via Activesync but still uses the EVDO connection.
