I assume this is for htc home right? If so this is an easy fix. Get htc home customizer first. Then you have to download two more files. SDKcerts and VogueHTCHomedll. You can get the last two here
http://weather.not2advanced.com/files/. Home customizer can be found with a search. This worked for me, just tried it last night.
