Hmm I did not need to use SIP Change. Mine I changed the setting in SPB Full Screen to use the Touch Keyboard and the little keyboard in the corner showed up right away. And I also use input by calling SPB Kb with a hardware key in all programs, including Opera. You just have to make sure you have clicked your cursor in the text box before calling SPB Keyboard.
