Nope, it didn't work, and given that he doesn't have an Imagio, its not surprising. ROMS very rarely can cross devices without some kind of porting. Usually it involves different device drivers. Best to wait until a tested ROM comes out if you're not comfortable with the bootloader, constant Hard-Resets, etc.

I figured i was headed for some hard resets / funky stuff. As long as i am always able to recover the ability to use it as a phone i have no problems, was worried for a second though haha
