had this issue. ended up doing a hard reset and it worked. try a soft reset first...it could work...just got sick of messn with it. when i deleted the account it wouldnt let me put it back on there until after hard reset. back up your pim from root of my device copy to a memorable place on your memory card. after wipe change pim on my device to pimold (do not delete it) and copy pim from memory card to root of my device soft reset. only thing u will lose is browser bookmarks but u can text them to ur email addy. programs i assume you already saved to your meory card.
