Im not able to tweak this as all the appliation shortcuts are in teh exe. If you know anything about hexeditors then you could do it. So yes, its pretty much download and install. The WWE version I used is not a cab - just download and save the exe and llb to your /windows directory and create a shortcut in your /windows/startmenu/programs directory.
as for the black taskbar - I've uploaded the one I used here. |

that lg menu program is really sweet, but i dont like that i cant have links to things like opera and resco, etc.
