I actually did all that thru Retentions
They tried to offer me little deals such as 200 minutes added for free, 500 TXT msgs for free, etc. and I told them no thanks the only way you can get me to stay is switching my current plan over to SERO.
I wasnt up for trying to convince 20 different reps into switching me over, so I just aksed to set me up month-to-month, this way I can switch over to SERO whenever I want(if I choose to) or I can just cancel and move on.
EVERY sprint customer should be doing this even if your completely happy withyour plan/service/phone, if only to get out of your current 2 year contract your locked into giving you the option on bailing if a better deal arises with another company.
