Found the solution for disabling the Home Screen weather animation on manila 2.1:
Hi to all, after reading so many threads I found a way to disable weather animation
without changing home backround:
you have to change this registry setting:
HKCU/Software/HTC/Manila/HomeBackgroundPath set to empty value and you have to create following string value:
HKCU/Software/HTC/Manila/defaulthomebackgroundpath set to 0.
