Max- I have been using Icon Changer for a while. I love it. I actual don't bother changing icons. I just like it because I can organize my start menu in alphabetical order. I am kinda type A about that. I also use Nullstrings other app- JSPA Program manager to organize the start menu. I hate that honeycomb style though so i got rid of it. I prefer just the list style.
