Right now I have:
S2U2, PocketCM, Cube Config, 6-sided cube, google maps, HHC, Sprite Backup, TCMP video, resco explorer & registry (PCM Registry for the ones resco can't get to), psShutXP, IM+, MemMaid, QuickMenu. I like Pocket CM a ton (I couldn't stand Pocket Informant at all... it made everything really really small and hard to click on. It's easier for me to just use the standard windows stuff).
I like QuickMenu but it's either that or shutting down the HTC_CM_Manager that got rid of my X button so I can close things from the today screen. The quick menu would be nicer if everything was a little bigger, but overall I'm happy with my setup. Quick menu is nice because you don't have to keep bringing up start menu folders to explore... it makes them all accessible from clicks without loading file explorer.
I've heard problems with PhoneAlarm, so I haven't instaled it yet. Hope this helps!
