Try *22899... I know people say it only provisions phone and data. However, a good friend of mine (a VZW tech) told me to try it before calling to authenticate my phone. So... I did and voila, I have never had to talk to another customer service rep. I was also told to call Voice Mail right after the *22899 provision. Dont know if it actually did anything for me but, like I said, I have never had to call the big V again
