Stupid question, but are you HSPL unlocked? It's actually fairly simple from sd card, get it into bootloader (tri-color screen), it's gonna tell you something like push power to load or vol down to cancel, hit power up (or whatever the hell it says) to load the ROM and let it do it's thing. You may need to reset after, some will do it on their own, but that's it. BUT the sd card must be formatted to fat32 and the ROM file must be named RHODIMG.nbh and in the root directory of the sd card. Shoot me a PM if you have other questions.
