Android Phone Dialer

So, as everyone else here, I am very excited about the Android progress on TP2. It went from something that was barely possible to look at, to more or less functional device, and I thank devs for the work they've done.

I do have one question about dialing phones. Currently, I love the way WinMo's dialer acts as a search. I can either dial by name using 1-0 keypad, I can dial last 4 digits of a number. As an example, calling Office, I can dial "633" and it searches for "Off", displays matches and I am ready to call.

I was disappointed seeing that there's no functionality like this in Android. Is there an "app for that" available, that will mimic WinMo's dialer behavior?
