If you upgrade to the newest initramfs, you can run everything out of 'andboot' (including the rootfs).

It'd be nice if there was some place to put this information so we wouldn't have to tell everyone over and over again. I guess the FAQ is probably a good choice, or the wiki -- but I don't know if anyone looks at the wiki.

Edit: I guess it is in the FAQ. Oops. Nevermind. With the latest initramfs, rootfs should go in the andboot folder without complaint. It's working for me (on a Touch Pro, but that shouldn't make any difference.)
